We loved this villa. It had everything you could need and is located in quiet location but close to a nice village and several excellent restaurants.

Excellent location, easy walk to lapad promenade.
What made the stay were the staff, both at reception and in the cafe. They were all extremely helpful and friendly to deal with.
The breakfast buffet is excellent.
Outside dining is a pleasant space, but perhaps a barrier between the pool and the eating area is required.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
