“While the space is clean, the bed was nice, and the rooms are different from every other hotel you’ll stay in, we did have negative as well. The tv in our room did not work. The fridge barely kept our drinks cold, every door in this hotel has to be literally shoved open, and they give you a maximum of 4 wristbands per room for swimming.”

“Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine”

“The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again.”

“The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. ”

“Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. When we called the number for assistance as instructed by the sign, the manager who answered the phone was rude and unhelpful, but said he would "be right there". We waited at least 15 minutes for him to come to the desk to help us, and the 3 other groups that had arrived to check in. The hotel was dirty and unwelcoming. When we got to our room, the door to the room did not lock. When opening the door to leave, the frame fell off of the wall,……
