It took 15 minutes to have someone come to the front desk, only to be told our room wasn’t ready. Later that evening we went to hot tub, 3 of the hot tubs were not working. One of the hot tubs that was working had so many chemicals, it literally burned my husbands leg hair off. When we went back to our room, our key did not work. When going to bed there was a screaming child and multiple kids running the floors. Our reservation was for Saturday and Sunday night but they had us leaving Sunday morning, so again our keys did not work and had to go to the front desk to figure it out. There were three people at the desk but only one knew how to remedy the situation. Sunday night the hotel was much quieter but we promptly left Monday morning. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. My favorite part is the hot tubs, they are actually hot. Wish they would serve breakfast a little longer. I’m not an early riser. The only down side is the rooms that border the inside courtyard are not quiet.
