“Had a great time celebrating our daughter’s Miss State graduation. The communication was spot on. We ran into a little thing, and they had it taken care of immediately and handled so perfectly. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time!”

“We had three people in our room. King bed with sofa bed and kitchen. Three people were on the reservation. We had to ask multiple times for towels. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. There were crumbs in the sofa bed when we unfolded it. The staff did immediately provide towels and bedding every time we asked. The room was showing wear and tear. The breakfast was good and the fresh baked cookies in the afternoon was a nice touch.”

“Check in was a breeze, but once we checked in, we had to move rooms because the toilet would not stop running and we couldn’t flush it. Once we moved rooms, the bathroom in room 305 has mold on and around the vent on the ceiling. The worse part was being awoken by blaring sirens- going outside because we had no clue what was going on. The clerk was no help- ask what’s going on, she was on the phone- possibly about the alarm- but we knew nothing. So, we had to go outside in our pajamas and stand……
