Everyone in the lobby was waiting on their rooms. Over 50 ppl. Then we asked to have them hold our luggage while we went to the Astros’ game & waited for our room to be ready…they didn’t have a secure room. Just a sliding door to a conference room…unlocked. Upon arrival, the exterior of the building was missing large sections of fascia/paneling and the walls showed significant water staining. Our Check-in was handled by Patsy, she is the singular bright spot with our stay. We had booked 1 king suite and a standard king.
