“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“Staff was very helpful, surroundings was nice. I had a litte issues with my room and staff was very prompt and switch my room in a timely fashion, they even assist me with my bags. ”

“Yes the room was very clean and so was the lobby and corridors. The only problem we had was that because of our neighbours next door the first night we could not sleep but the staff and the assistant manager were very courteous and changed our room the next day. We could not get a discounted price because we did not book directly with them but they did give us a 15$ gift card to Dunkin donuts. ”

“We had an amazing stay! What a lovely and comfortable room, conveniently situated to shopping & so many great dining options. The shared kitchen area was well-appreciated. We would definitely return again in the future. ”
