“Everything was fantastic!”

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Graham & Co.—it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease. From the moment we arrived there was this quaint, laid-back relaxing vibe that made it so easy to unwind. Everything felt very thoughtful from the design, cozy spaces, and nothing overdone. Our bungalow room was spectacular yet comfortable and inviting, and it really felt like a little escape from the usual rush. “Our stay at The Leeway was excellent. Our communication with Tena was great! This made for a seemless self check in and easy texting throughout our short stay. The grounds are beautiful and we espcially enjoyed the creekside oasis just a short walk from our door step. Our room was tastefully decorated, clean, comfortable and well supplied with several amenities to ensure a comfortable stay: toiletries, coffee, tea, glassware and refridgerated filtered water pitcher. “Lots of good things about this place. Breakfast was good, room was cozy and clean, tv worked, heat worked, bed comfortable, staff was very nice, games and dvds available and coffee all day. But a couple things not good. There was knocking, banging settling, maybe the pipes? Don’t know but all night long it was very noisy and one more night I’m not sure I could stand it. The other negative is the bathroom which is small. The sad part is that it could have been better designed within the small……

“Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to……

“Just what me and my two boys needed for our short ski weekend. Very efficient little apartment with well equipped kitchen. So close to Belleayre and very nice welcome from the host.”

“Highly recommend, had a lovely stay. Clean property, rooms are nice, the brewery on site is a bonus. Had live music when we stayed on Saturday evening, good food and drinks. Area surrounded by nature, quiet and relaxing.”

“The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. ”

“Such a quaint bed and breakfast. Of course it’s old house, but very clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff is very friendly and accommodating. ”

“Rooms were gorgeous, we stayed in a king suite. The property has several condo type houses with several units. Everything was literally in town yet felt surrounded by trees and a waterfall. Beds incredibly comfy. Stylish overall. We loved the free candies in the afternoon, s’mores packs for the fire pits, and complimentary rich coffee every morning.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this……

“At night there is a terrible noise coming from the fake fire place that only turns on for 30 seconds. The restaurant is an over glorified dump can't make a mojito and over priced. Staff act like they straight out of cliche caricature of Williamsburg Brooklyn. Parking lot is kind of a travesty. Def not worth the trip or what I paid for”
