“The room is always clean and tidy. The hot tub in the room was nice as well. The staff are always nice. Hopefully they will add more items to their stores. I feel that the breakfast should be open longer.”

“property issues: Room #3: noisy rooms especially with adjoining doors, there was a family with kids next to us and it was noisy noisy noisy, drafty front door, no gasket to keep wind out, shower water pressure OK but shower head not working properly, came out like a garden hose, no hangers in closet could not hang up hiking clothes, (cafe/breakfast not open (they only tell you that once you book), pictures on website make the rooms look way better than they are. the only reason to stay here is……

“The room was cleanish. There was what I assume is soap residue on the shower curtain, a few stray hairs in the shower and I did not step on the floor barefoot. It was clean enough for what we needed but I would not book more than a few nights. There is only a mini fridge in the room and microwave in the lobby. Water pressure was good and hot. Overall cleanliness was disappointing but for the price I didn’t expect much better. The staff that I interacted with was kind. ”

“Stayed here for a concert at Bearsville Theatre. What a great night. Staff was awesome and the place was clean and cozy with really comfortable beds. An excellent Mexican restaurant is a 3 minute walk from the rooms. The theater is wonderful and this hotel is an easy drive out and back. Will definitely be back there. Loved it. ”

“Room had a great waterfall view, and the hotel is very close to town, which made it convenient to grab food (though the town itself is quite small). The main downsides were the Wi-Fi—only one spot in the room had a reliable connection—and the room felt a bit sparse/not very cozy. I also wish there were a common lounge area to relax. The waterfall can be noisy at night. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced for the experience.”

“At night there is a terrible noise coming from the fake fire place that only turns on for 30 seconds. The restaurant is an over glorified dump can't make a mojito and over priced. Staff act like they straight out of cliche caricature of Williamsburg Brooklyn. Parking lot is kind of a travesty. Def not worth the trip or what I paid for”
