“I was shown 2 switches one for DO NOT DISTURB and Other for ROOM CLEANING, shoud i need any i should turn the switch on. I did not turn any of them on, as i came back from outside i found my bed was done up and realised some one has been into the room. “DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for……
