“I had a very good experience at the hotel. The staff were delightful and quick to help. My room was well equipped for a business visit with good working space and wifi, as well as being comfortable, quiet and had a great view towards the beach and sea. I used the gym, ate breakfast and had coffee from the coffee bar - all very acceptable. It has my recommendation”

“The administration (and reception) was horrible.
I paid for my stay when I booked through Hotels.com, but I was charged again when I checked in. I should have been more careful, but I paid.
I noticed this double payment after returning home and contacted the hotel. Their response was slow, and they never admitted the fault and refused to refund.
I have not received the refund yet, so I decided to write this.
My colleague, who stayed for the same duration, made a reservation through……

“Our stay at Mermaid Eco Resort was nowhere near a plain sailing. I booked a Studio room called LAKE OSHO.
We were visiting during the late monsoon & it was drizzling all day.
There was no electricity (because of a phase to ground fault of local electrical line) for a prolonged time from the get go. Even after the power was restored, it didn’t remain seamless. The generator backup was laughable & I might be wrong but didn’t see it in action.
The ventilation fan of the washroom was inoperable.……
