“Hot Stone Club Ubud is truly one of my favorite places to stay in Bali. I spent two weeks there in December and returned for three weeks in April—it’s that good! “I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday. ”

“This was our third time at Mandela Desa. While things have changed around the villas since we were there last in 2018, it still offers the peace and tranquillity and wonderful obliging staff as always. The View Suite still offers the amazing rice field and mountain views and having breakfast on the veranda was a favourite time of day for us. We highly recommend this 4 room boutique accommodation to anyone that is looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of Bali or Ubud. Relax and recharge……

“It's a very quiet, lovely, private place. It is far away from everything (although there are 2 beautiful waterfalls withing walking distance) but you can use Grab/Gojek easily (25mins to Ubud). So, this place is more for a romantic couple holiday, it's perfectly private and quiet, loved it! Breakfast is nice too, kind hosts.”
