“Host was kind and accommodating, with that said it’s under the hosts house so it’s noisy and the noise lasted until around 11:30…. Nothing crazy just some dogs and doors slamming , I think they were grilling out. I have no problem with the activity except started at 9:30Pm and went on until nearly midnight. I have two kids with me so it was not ideal in my situation. House was set up great, yard was fabulous, parking was lovely, hot tub I did not swim in although I brought my own chemicals it……

“It was a very nice day. There are need for just regular maintenance and repairs which probably will come with time. It was clean and the host was absolutely wonderful in accommodating small little request we had.”

“The unit was large, clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again and have recommended it to others.”

“We could not have asked for a better stay! The location was perfect for our travel plans, and the host was very responsive to our questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful apartment with us!”

“It was very quiet and much nicer than staying in a hotel room.”

“issue with entering into the parking stall -Garage. I was not able to get in with the clicker. ”

“Attentive, imaginative, helpful host! Beautiful and breathtaking surroundings and nature!”

“This two bedroom apartment is a perfect location for exploring Redmond and surroundings on foot and by bicycle. Less than ten minute walk from many restaurants and shops, and the Sammamish River Trail and Marymoor Park are 5-10 minutes by bike. On a busy street, but noise was not a problem. Very comfortable beds, comfy couch and chairs, and a nice kitchen, if somewhat dated.Off street outdoor parking is private and with easy access to the apartment.”

“Three nights here and zero complaints. The air conditioning kept us cool, and the microwave in the room came in handy for quick meals. Close enough to shops but still peaceful at night.”

“Great Cott”
