“The gentleman checking us in was great. First day on the job and I was his first customer, all went very good. We had everything thst we needed. ”

“The check-in experience was a bit troublesome. I arrived late at night, the front desk assigned me the wrong room, which required me to go back and forth to update my key card. After I was unable to open the door again, a staff member accompanied me upstairs and opened the room and then we found this one was already occupied. I hope this didn’t alarm the guest inside. The room I was finally assigned had stained sheet. Other than these issues, everything else was fine. I hope the hotel can……

“Clean, fast and revitalized ”

“Everything was great. The room was immaculate. Bed was comfortable. We loved the layout of the room and bathroom. Super nice having a loveseat in the room. Everything seemed fairly new and it was obvious it had been painted recently and was well maintained. The staff was super. We had told a housekeeper our key card didn’t work. She opened our room for us and immediately got us a new card. It was a plus to have a restaurant right next door that we could walk to. ”
