“Hidden gem. If I was judging it based on the sign outside I probably would have passed it by not knowing what a great stay it is at a great price. New owners and a family business. Excellent customer service. They rightfully could have charged me for a third night stay because that was expedia's policy and I had misunderstood it. Instead the manager spent more than 15 minutes of his time communicating with Expedia even though he was losing $100 and working at trying to save me the $20 Expedia……
