A fantastic, spotless spot with all the essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The mountain views are breathtaking! Dead Man's Flats is small and quiet, but the walkability to local gas stations and the coffee shop is a massive perk. Management was professional and responsive, and you can't beat how close it is to the drive into Banff.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel is situated right at the beginning of some nice trails. It is not too far from downtown. We always drove, but we could have definitively walked to town.
