“Booked online when I got there front desk guy said I needed drivers license for the room my credit card somehow wasn’t enough. Tried explaining I was waiting on a new license but had another proper ID with all my same updated proper information on it matching with my credit card. Guy rudely told me didn’t care can’t take it. Then when I asked if they could refund said he can’t do that on his part, so I was just quietly sitting on a chair my phone trying to see what I could do on my end for it.……
