“This place was amazing! It was a style of Palm Springs. Parking on site, 2 min walk to the beach, coles across the road, with cafes, restaurants and walking tracks. The owner was so nice and explained how he started this motel. The rooms including bathroom, kitchen, living room was huge. Between 4 people the place was spacious for all of us. They came to clean our room every 3 days, restocked the fridge with complimentary drinks, chips and protein balls, it was so good. Only a 10 min drive to……

“十年前住宿的經驗還不錯，再度到黃金海岸時選擇這個紀念性的住宿。沒想到Hostel 整體都改建，原本的房間被在隔間為2-3間小房，外加沒有冷氣，整個悶壞了。住宿品質大為降低。早餐只提供果醬吐司，不包含咖啡。”

“The picture advertising the room - just like I'm looking at on this web page for this rating request is not representative of the room. The room was booked through WOTIF. I called and asked for an explanation and they said they called the Hilton but nothing can be done. I have contacted Fair Trading NSW and I will be lodging a case for misleading advertising and after showing photo's of the room advertised to the actual room allocated, I have been told I have a good case to lodge. Disappointing……

“服務員非常友善，我們遲了一點時間才Check-in，想不到她還在等我們，還主動up-grade我們的房間，原因是太重的行李，只住一晚就不用走樓梯上去，還友善的講解如何開車到機場，距離機場真的非常近，5分鐘的車程而已。房間內也很整潔，設備也很齊全，想不到會有多士爐，可能是家庭式房間吧。酒店內還有一個小小的泳池，如果是要早機離開的，絕對推薦前一晚選擇在這裡住一晚，最晚的check-in時間是9點，但請先通知酒店服務員。”

“The hotel is newly opened, the designs are excellent with a great vibe. I made the booking knowing new hotel may have glitches and expecting some "surprises". It turned out to be true as my room had an entire electricity blackout during the night with the air ventilation also stopped functioning. It was certainly not a good experience to say the least. The next morning I went to the front desk to report this, led by Jessica, the front desk staffs were very understanding and patience to help……

“A shopping Mall is a 5 minute walk, all the main supermarkets, Aldi,Coles,Woolworths, a butchers, market stalls & more. The main strip for Coolongata is a 10-15minute walk away. Safe area at night, nice local parks, fuel station at the end of France’s street. The room was clean, ample towels, toiletries, tea & coffee making facilities, Iron,hairdryer in the room. Tv, sink, side lamps & tables. Outdoor swimming pool is like a splash pool but clean, 2 sunbeds but most people spend the day at the……
