“The rooms are very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave that we used. It also had stove burners, dishwasher and washer/dryer. I was not impressed with the breakfast which was granola bars and packaged muffins. Also, although the room was clean, the carpet was very stained with what appeared to be oil/dirt.”

“Pros: Room was clean, and a lot of space for the room. Con: The lady who checked me in didn’t fully check me in but gave my room key to me. Had to go down to front desk & check in the next morning and signed what I needed too. Got home & found out they charged my card twice due to THEIR mistake and have to wait and see if the manager can get my money back. ”

“Very large hotel. No hot tub. Clean rooms and clean hotel ”

“We had to switch rooms twice before there was clean bedding. Our toilet was covered in pee. The bedding was stained an it just was not a good experience. I booked through Expedia and they called to try to sort it out for me but the refused to refund anything just offered to switch our room yet again. So we booked with a different hotel the rest of our trip. ”

“Comfortable beds”

“Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print. When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends……

“The water in the washbasin in Room 225 is blocked.”

“I really want to call the police and press charges on the maintenance man I have never been so disrespected in my life!! He’s a 6ft man yelling at a 5’4 woman is unacceptable!!! ”

“Comfortable beds, decors was pretty old and coming apart but usable; pool was out of order 😢 but all in all I would stay there again ”
