“The property is located approximately 10 miles from Bethel Woods which made it very convenient to stay there while seeing a show at Bethel. Stayed in an ADA room with a roll-in shower which met my needs. My only complaint was that once the A/C got to the desired temperature there was no air circulating during the night and no fan. This made it very difficult to get a good night’s sleep.”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Kenoza Lake View Manor. It is a lovely old house and yet very quiet (didn't hear squeaky floors). It was a little bit of a challenge climbing the staircase up to the third floor, but when we got there our room was cozy. The bed was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it gave us the fuel we needed before we headed off for more adventures. The best part was the Manor's convenient location to the Bethel Woods Center for……

“Everything was perfect except the address 750 Resort World Drive is not recognized by my Acura GPS. Is there an alternate local or older address that would work ?”

“The host Mary was warm, welcoming and inviting. The beds were super comfy and the room was beautiful. Very close to Bethel Woods if you’re going to see a concert. Mary is an excellent Baker and would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.”

“Rooms looked like what one would expect to find in an old and outdated nursing home room. Damaged furniture, wallpaper peeling, holes in lampshades, noisy freezer motor, carpets and wall paper in hallways are stained, ripped and look as if they haven't been updated in 50 years. Electronic locks on room doors are inoperable and only way to lock room doors is with a cheap low cost deadbolt (bottom of the line Quickset locks from a hardware store such as Home Depot or Lowes) with a metal key. “Place was clean and new, didn’t see one person working there my name was on the door and checked myself in.Online ad says lodge but sign out front says motel and that is exactly what it was. You can totally hear people in adjacent rooms. Not a totally bad place to stay if you just need a place to crash but for the price i think there are better options”
