I love the Double Tree Hotels! The beds are always comfortable, I love the Crab Tree and Evelyn products they supply and who doesn't like a warm cookie at check in. Room was nice and clean. Did forget an expensive pair of sun glasses on the desk and called right away. House keeping claims they didn't find them but they were 100% left in the room. Pretty sad they were dishonest. But the overall stay was great. Elevators were broken though.

The entire hotel is updated beautifully, and spotless.
Hotel staff was exceedingly friendly, and helpful, including the lovely cleaning lady.

The staff was helpful in finding us some things to do, when it was raining, and we had to change our plans.
I would stay here, again, in a heartbeat. Very happy!

It was very nice and clean. The gentlemen who checked us in was fantastic but the woman who checked us out stared at the computer with earbuds in and literally never even looked at us. Poor customer service skills but otherwise it was great.
