房間地毯很舊，桌子沒有擦，入住時冰箱有前面住的人留下的牛奶。門口的抽氣或是電箱非常吵，晚上睡覺要用耳塞。 連續住宿，有人進來整理床鋪、換毛巾，但是沒有丟垃圾。

A historic townhouse that had plenty of room and so close to the main area of the Rocks. Close to everything and there was great entertainment with the Rocks Xmas in July festivities, it’s definitely the time to come to Sydney for a holiday in winter.

The hotel is conveniently located near the harbor, train stations, restaurants, Opera House, and shopping. Transportation from the airport to and from the hotel is very efficient. The hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The hotel rooms are large with a kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, pots and pans, flatware, and dishes. The hotel is dated and the cleanliness of the rooms has room for improvement. The housekeeping staff is young and needs to pay better attention to detail. I feel the hotel does provide a value for the cost, however be aware of the previously mentioned details when considering a stay.

The staff was great. We had a spacious room, very comfortable bed, and a large balcony with a great view! The location was excellent and the hotel had all the amenities we needed.

The property is very dated and somewhat dilapidated (chipped paintwork and skirting boards etc) but it’s sufficiently clean although the rooms aren’t cleaned even when we left the Please Tidy My Room notice on the door handle. The bed wasn’t made, all that happened was clean towels were left piled on the kitchen counter. Day 2 that didn’t even happen. However it is priced accordingly. The weekend we stayed was especially busy in Sydney so everywhere was expensive but for an Opera House view from a balcony in the Rocks it was very reasonably priced so while I wouldn’t recommend it to others necessarily, we would stay there again for the location and the view from the balcony as basic needs (a clean bed and a functioning bathroom!) were met.
