“The beds were very comfortable. Pillows were excellent. The room was clean, doable but the outside of the building windows were just a total pit.”

“My girlfriend and I spent a long weekend here and it was incredible! The property was located in beautiful rolling hills and valleys with a mixture of farmland and serene woods. There were friendly horses that loved to come say hello while we had our morning coffee on the porch. The guest house was in amazing condition and so cozy!!! I couldn’t recommend this spot any more, I am so grateful we stayed here and can’t stop thinking about how amazing it was! The hose did a great job of preparing and……

“The staff were all very friendly. They made me feel welcome. The room was nice and very clean. However, the pool and hot tub area were very disappointing. There was black mold on the walls and ceilings. There were 55 gallon drums of chemicals outside the pool chemical room. There were spiders in the pool. The pool and hot tub space did not feel safe or inviting.”

“Hot tub felt amazing!!”

“Nice quiet getaway.”

“It was a amazing experience great help from the owners would definitely stay there again”

“This place was very clean and it was quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The view is very nice. Though we didn't have any meals there. it looked like it did not lack anything to cook a meal. I would recommend this to anyone.”

“We had a great stay here. The house had more than enough room and had everything we needed. Communications for the host were timely and accurate. Check in was super easy. Would stay again!”

“This place is absolutely beautiful. Set right to the falls in Independence. I wish I had taken my morning coffee outside to the private overlook of the falls, but inside was perfect too”

“The photos on the site are great but in person the property was even more than we could have thought. The beds were so comfy but those pillows were everything. Love the open kitchen/living room/dining table. Just a very peaceful relaxing setting with tons around the area to do if you choose. We are already talking about a fall or winter trip. Walmarts 15 minutes away so id pack less food and purchase what I need there so I can travel light.”
