“It wasn't really a pleasure trip this time but we like this chain. I have worked in the hotel business long enough to know that no property is perfect no matter how expensive. We had one minor glitch and the staff took care of it quickly and it was greatly appreciated. We checked in just before the "5:30 Kickback" ended and so we were glad we were able to do that. The food was excellent for the Kickback and breakfast.”
