“We booked for 3 nights. When we arrived, we noticed that the lobby was rundown and a handwritten sign at the reception stated that guests staying less than 7 days would be charged an extra $10 and plus $2 per day. After seeing the room ( stains on the pillowcases, on furniture and in the bathroom ), our family decided we could not stay there and we checked out immediately. The woman at the reception refunded $ 14 to my credit card the next day However, I have not received any refund from the……
