“The apartment is nicely furnished and in a great location for dining and nightlife activities. The rooms are clean. The faucet in the tub was old and nearly coming out of the wall. Otherwise, the bathroom was okay. The check-in process was horrible. We did not receive our check-in information and link within 48 hours of our arrival. When we called the property, they stated the link would be sent on our arrival day. We mentioned that we might need to cancel to avoid the risk of driving for 2……

“I got there and a sign was on the door that no water was available and the state of Indiana was giving them a number of days to repair. When I began check in, I asked if the sign was correct, and was told yes, there was no hot water, did I want to stay. I said no and was told to ask V for a refund, he would confirm there was no hot water. I went to V site and there is no record of my stay, but there is a charge on my card.”
