“It's a great hotel for kids. Many activities for kids to do. The pool is very nice. But the room is a bit dark.”

“I asked for coffee and creamer 2 days in a row qnd didn't get it. Didn't like that we had to park across the street from hotel and walk to our hotel. Jacuzzi water was gross dirty and had hair. Also didn't lime thst the sofa didn't recline. Everything was good i like the water slides but the other side it was too windy and cold wished it was fully closed too cold especially for little kids room too cramped kitchen the dtove took forever too heat up it was ok not that clean kinda old ”

“The staff are friendly and amazing. Everything you need is close by. This resort is a hidden gem. We decided to make it our yearly family vacation spot as there are so many things to do. ”

“Some important things you have to know before booking this hotel: 1. No soundproof. That means you can hear everything from next door. 2. This hotel is dirty and old. See pictures. 3. If you have kids or old people with you, or even for yourselves, you have to be very careful about the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom becomes very wet after bath. Summary: Do NOT book this hotel unless you have to. If you have no other choices, oh well. ”

“Overall it was a great experience! Checking in took over 35 minutes- over 15 people ahead of me to check in. Shower tub took a while to drain. ”

“I was so impressed with the facility that it totally changed my mind! I will go back there. The room was clean. The sheets and towels were clean white and so soft. I actually slept great. We had a beach view that was nice. The water park was fun. The pools were clean and closely monitored by staff. I felt very safe!”
