“Breakfast is excellent with various choices. Staff services are marvellous.”

“Good sized car park for amount of rooms. Arrived to allsorts of treats in the fridge which were topped up each day which was a nice bonus. When I contacted owner becuase the cleaner had forgotten to put bin liner in the bin after cleaning he was very quick to respond and had came to sort it as soon as he could. Loved the size of the rooms and was very clean. You do have to drive out to get to anything though as there isn't anywhere to eat/shop nearby.”

“I don't understand how a hotel with such an incredible location and view could be so run down. The place is dirty and poorly kept. The painting and general maintenance is either non-existent or done by people with zero skills and budget. Many of the lights in the room didn't work. The wifi is utterly useless. The food was actually pretty decent, though, so they get one positive point here.”

“Veldig hyggelig vertinne. Stedet serverer ikke frokost, med det var satt inn mange forskjellige matvarer til bruk ved frokost. Fikk tilbud om skyss inn til sentrum ved avsluttet opphold. Tok ca 20 min å gå fra sentrum.”

“In general, it is good enough for travellers. City view with nearby restaurants. Saw a few young staff while checking in. Look like a family-run business. The room is large with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is a set rather than a buffet. ”

“It was a safe place to stay the night on our way to the Isle of Mull. It was not updated but clean. Lots of stairs which was typical. The staff on site was very helpful.”

“Phenomenal place, everyone's Scottish dream, cozy, elegant, with spectacular views and such a memorable sunset. The room was comfortable and quiet with everything we needed and the breakfast was scrumptious. I can't wait to come back!”

“Neil is a phenomenal host who has thought of everything. And if you want to know about the history of Scotland or England or want to discuss it, you've come to the right place! He's incredibly knowledgeable about a variety of topics. He's also a tremendous cook and has a great sense of humor. And the view of Ben Nevis right out the window is to die for. We slept very well in the super comfortable bed and woke to the sound of chirping birds.”

“The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. ”
