The restaurant was outstanding. The staff from front desk, restaurant staff and housekeepers were all excellent! It was so nice to have a restaurant of that calibre to be able to just go downstairs and enjoy.

The staff were so kind and personable. They really made us feel at home. Our rooms were small but exceptionally well laid out and they provided a large area wirh ample seeting for us to gather in a lounge. The restaurant was yummy and they went out of their way to cook a breakfast exactly the way we wanted it. Everyone always had a smile.

This appears to have been recently renovated, so clean and in good repair. Rooms are incredibly small. Our bathroom was up three stairs…not good for the older generation. We did not try the restaurant. Staff were fine but we had minimal interaction as we just checked in, slept, and checked out. Fine for an overnight stay…not a long one requiring wiggle room!

Our first time to Ft. Williams. It was during high season with the highest hotel rates. Had we known, we would have booked a B&B away from the City Center for a better experience.

This is more like a 3* hotel. We stayed in room #3 and it was not pleasant at all. It smelled so bad all day and night (morning too). You are literally right above vent to kitchen (see picture). Hotel is VERY DATED from moment you walk in it just looks tired. Unfortunately, the staff was rude and the bar area there is only 2 couches and 4 chairs and we were sitting a foot from the table eating dinner so don’t expect a typical lounge area. The worst part of the stay was the constant smell in the room. Not what I expected for paying over $360 a night.
