"The staff was very good. They welcomed me and helped me check in quickly. I paid extra for an early check-in. This made my visit very relaxing from the Start. I also loved the welcome gift packs . The room was clean. It just needed a little matainence. The bathroom mirror was slightly broken and the mirror surface was worn due to earlier cleaning.air condition was fantastic. The Bathroom gets hot when the door is closed."

"Decent hotel, great location on St. Charles Ave. Room was clean and comfortable, but there was no soap for handwashing at the sink, and no coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was average — definitely not worth $14.99 per person. Skip it and go to a restaurant or get some beignets for a better value. Courtyard is pretty and feels very New Orleans. Worth staying here for the location."
