The Tree House is very peaceful. From the moment we walked in we knew our stay was going to be amazing! First off, the house is masterfully crafted, immaculately clean, and so well stocked. The deck was a place of solitude, and the fire pit even came with all the fixings for s’mores! Our main purpose in visiting the area was to explore Sleeping Bear Dunes, which was a short 40 minute drive away. We loved the park but each day we looked forward to coming “home” to our tree house oasis. Just can’t say how much we enjoyed our stay and the owners were accessible, friendly, attentive, and tremendous host. The owners have thought of absolutely everything. The location is secluded but not at all creepy (I would have felt comfortable by myself) and convenient to so many great places to find adventure. We had tickets for two shows at Interlochen during our stay, but honestly it was hard to leave the cottage. We left completely rejuvenated. It was so clean, the host was so accommodating and nice and the property is just beautiful! It is a quick 10 minute drive to Crystal Mountain.
