“The view was enough to put one at ease. The rental was also in good repair, kitchen well-stocked, and nice and clean. That definitely added to our much-needed stress free weekend.”

“This is the perfect place for us when we visit Kirkland for medical reasons. It's a good location and the guest house itself is very comfortable and clean. The property manager is super easy to work with as well. ”

“The property has a great view of the sound! It’s a little rustic, but has a full kitchen and a laundry room. The host was responsive, and helpful. There are a lot of stairs, both inside the home and outside. We knew that before we got there, so we didn’t mind. I have two suggestions. First, bring some family fun games, as there is no TV (which was fine with us). The other suggestion has to deal with visiting Edmonds. Some good public parking is at 4th and Main, and Leftcraft is a nice family……

“Overall our stay was good with pros and cons.Pros:-location was a quick easy drive from Seattle to getaway for the weekend-the property is nice and big, with a river running in the backyard which was a quick walk-we liked having access to a grill to bbq-the kids enjoyed being in the hot tub since it was cold outside -the bedrooms each had access to its own bathroom-we liked the open concept and high ceilings Cons:-the hot tub did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our stay-the biggest……

“After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing! ”

“Overall this house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay. The view and beach are hard to beat. It would have been nice to have the lawn mowed and the wooden ramp to the beach is an injury waiting to happen…these were our only two minor suggestions to make it even better.”
