Marvelous Views of Coastline Islands & City... Best Location

This Premier Home is located at "Cimas del Parque" Condominios directly across the street from the U.S./Mexico Border Wall and Plaza Monumental Arena. I have more homes here and at other locations in Playas de Tijuana just for your information.
The home has "picture worthy" views of the coastline, Coronado Islands, the area of Playas de Tijuana, and then views take you across the "Tijuana Estuary" on the San Diego side of the border wall all of the way to Downtown San Diego!
It is a wonderful home to stay at for one person or a family/group.
The home is a block from the beach boardwalk and walking distance to most of the restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, and other places of interest in Playas de Tijuana.
Very ideal location for travelers needing to cross to the U.S. as the border crossing is only 7 miles from here.
When venturing to Ensenada, Puerto Nuevo, Rosarito or into Tijuana this location enables easy travels to and from.

Would stay here again

Our family stayed here for several weeks while a family member got medical attention and the host was very gracious with us as we extended our stay several times. Beautiful views of the ocean & sunsets from there as well! Definitely recommend!
