This house is was absolutely gorgeous! We were celebrating a couple birthdays and Father’s Day weekend! The four of us had a blast! Laying out, making food in the kitchen that had everything we needed! Watched golf and the World Cup on the big TV in the comfy living area! All over looking the ocean! Can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Highly recommend! Communication with host was excellent as well!

My group of surfing friends/couples thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is top-notch and as described, and all communications were timely and accurate. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Baja and Las Gaviotas!

We had the best time at this home. We have stayed in Las Gaviotas many times and this by far has been the best home we have stayed in. The hospitality was 100%Loved the location of this home too. So close to the pool area and not a far walk to the beach! We will definitely be staying here again!

Home was beautiful! Best part was being on the beachfront, hearing the waves crashing at night as you slept. Master room was beautiful doors could open and you have a clear straight view to the ocean. Quiet little gated community was a plus, security guards would either walk or ride a bike on the property, you felt safe. Our girls loved the house perfect little family getaway. Owner was great at communicating and went above and beyond in helping us book a last minute trip. Will definitely book again in the future, recommend this place 100%

I can’t say enough about this house. We’ve been traveling to Gaviotas 3-4 times a year for the last 12 years. I would say this was probably my favorite. Such a great location. Close to the pool on what we consider to be the quiet side of the community. Scott has really done a fantastic job creating a house to insure an excellent experience. Something to note is the excellent WiFi which is important to us for movies etc. Communication was great and entry to the house was super easy. The house is well equipped with dishes, and utensils which hasn’t always been our experience. If available this will be our first choice on return.

Great spot

My buddies and I have been coming to Las Gaviotas for years, so we knew the place and knew what to expect. This is the best place we have ever stayed out in the complex.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located on the shore. Very safe and friendly community. The house had all the necessities and communication with host was wonderful.

Perfect stay

We loved everything about this house! The views, the location, and the interior made it very comfortable for our group over a long weekend. Very appreciative of the communication from the host as well. We'll definitely stay here again.
