“This is a clean old-fashioned two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen and a back porch which is shared by several other units. I didn't see anyone else so they may not be occupied. There are businesses on the street level and apartments above. The building is quite old which shows in the woodwork and windows. There are air-conditioners and fans for comfort but I didn't need them. There is a large old fashioned stove in the living room at the front of the unit but I did not see anything else so……

“It’s a nice little apartment with parking literally outside your door so it’s convenient in that sense. Clean and well kept but we weren’t notified a family would be staying directly above us. Which is pretty neglectful due to the fact that I specified we were coming back to the area without our kids because we had such a nice vacation in the area (with the kids) over the summer and just wanted alone time for ourselves this time around. If I could fight for a refund I would. If I was hosting I……

“Would like to have had a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging things like robes etc. Not much else to say....its a good place to stay. Owner was quick to return calls and gets an A+. Would suggest a dresser in the main bedroom and perhaps organize the items in the closets better. Shelves perhaps. All and all the stay was great...the place is old but a lot of good work has gone into it. The firefly suite looks the best...has new fresher appeal. Back balconies are nice and solid. I……

“Upon arrival at first everything was great. As we unpacked we noticed small things, like a used towel under the couch in the living room and no waterproof shower curtain for inside the shower. Almost every piece of dishware we pulled out to use had to be rewashed because of dried food stuck on them. Our biggest concern was the hornets nest on the porch, but we went and got spray and sprayed it ourselves and it was okay the rest of the trip. The house stayed nice and cool and the location is……

“Limited parking.... may have to park on the grass. The room was very clean and had some neat antiques in it. No coffee in room but can get in the hallway. The price does not include breakfast but it is available for additional cost. Host is fast to respond.”

“This was a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was spotless and exceptionally clean from the moment we arrived. The pictures honestly didn’t do it justice—it was even nicer and bigger in person. The two-bedroom, one-bath layout was perfect, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The property was quiet, peaceful, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Everything about our experience was fantastic, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice.……

“Great place! We really enjoyed the stay.”

“Be sure to ask to see some of the beautiful antique lamps that are on the property. Wonderful surroundings of fields and trees made for a restful, quiet stay. Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown.”

“The owners were very responsive, clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown. Would stay there again.”

“Tv ,not work. Bathroom sink drain real slow. Some light bulbs out.”

“I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk.”
