“My family of 4 plus 3 guests stayed a week at this lake house. It is every bit as nice as the pictures suggest. Kids loved the game room and dock/boathouse area. It's in very nice and quiet neighborhood. Smooth paved road access all the way and very close to Toledo Town. Less than a mile to a decent boat launch. Blackstone grill, Traeger smoker, fish frying equipment... it's got it all.We had trouble with the downstairs AC unit and the owners went above and beyond to get it fixed. Due to this,……

“This a a great property for fishing Toledo Bend. Check in was a breeze and we had all of the creature confits of home. Gully stocked kitchen with a full size fridge, stove, coffee pot, dishes and cookware. The boat slip was easy to use and had power available for charging the boat batteries each night. Access to the main lake and boat lanes was easy and quick as well. The host was super responsive, even after hours, beds were comfortable and everything was really clean. Definitely recommend this……

“It was wonderful! We are a fishing family with 3 kids. The house was extremely clean, the dock was great! The kids had a blast paddle boarding and kayaking! Will definitely go back!”

“Highly recommend! We loved our stay at "Decked Out" on the southern end of the Toledo Bend Reservoir. The cabin was beautifully decorated and so clean and comfortable. We got engaged on the huge deck overlooking the lake. We loved the kayaks and the pedal boat that allowed us to fish and sight see several times always to return home to cool off in the in deck tub. We will definitely be back. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful home with us!”
