“I was concerned about staying here. I booked this before reading the reviews. I saw several negative reviews. My experience was different. This was a great place to stay. Checking in was easy. The gentleman was polite and helpful. The outside of the building is old and rundown. My room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe. There was a Culver's right across the street and other delicious restaurants within easy walking or driving. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Courtyard has become a no frills, self-service brand over the years and the condition of the properties vary widely. Thankfully, this one is still clean and in good condition. The desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, maid service is by request only so make sure you let them know in advance if you think you want fresh towels or your trash emptied during your stay.
