“Logement non nettoyé, non isolé dans un quartier très bruyant.
Pas de réception, le numéro communiqué de l’hôte ne fonctionne pas. On a du trouver un numéro de conciergerie dans les papiers affichés à l’entrée.
Le linge était propre et le quartier très animé.”

“Served its purpose being a short stroll to the beach and marina. Well maintained pool area. Breakfast nice selection. Our lower level room had a slight damp smell when we arrived but with doors open and air con, it soon went. View of residential block next door. Spa looked lovely although no time to use the complimentary access. Would stay again.”

“A really lovely city centre hotel in a perfect place in Palma. We had a lovely big room, which was all new and well appointed. Bathroom all modern as well. Breakfast was fine and the rooftop bar was a nice treat. All in all, very recommended. I’d probably have given 4-and-a-half stars if it were possible because the street noise was a problem, so if you’re a light sleeper as for a room AWAY from the main road and as high as possible. The refuse collection and street cleaning and late revellers……
