“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and we enjoyed the big tub. My favorite thing was the swimming pool and hot tub.”

“一般”

“Great location with ocean view. Just by the ferry terminal. Easy to commute to Seattle.”

“Room very clean but awkward, felt crowded, not big enough for two queen beds. Staff were friendly, Breakfast foods good but always ran out, and staff would say “I’ll get more,” but why weren’t they monitoring before pans were empty. And the breakfast room was FREEZING which then may the food cold. One morning staff opened all cupboards to restock. So… how does guest reach the food over the cupboard doors? Seemed very poorly planned. Staff snippy to guests when we asked a question. ……

“everything is good”

“This place is always clean, well-maintained and comfortable. Beautiful surroundings.”

“Room was ok, clock not set to proper time, no spare blankets, coffee at morning breakfast was a bit too strong, waffles were great!”

“Good breakfast. The fire alarm called at night. We still have a nice stay.”

“1 coffee mug in queen room and 3 pillows. Weird. Needs updated no USB ports I had my plugin with me. 2 towels. Room was clean. Heater fan was loud and a little difficult to figure out. Got it after a few tries lol. Fridge has a freezer which is nice.”

“地點非常好，房間乾淨，服務很好很親切。只是周邊環境很令人不舒服，流浪漢很多，走在街上挺有壓力的，傍晚過後更是不敢出外，所以無法感受西雅圖的夜間活動。”

“Good”

“1.沙發床響聲太大床墊太薄，睡眠環境很差，應該大幅改善。 2.清潔人員似乎經驗不足，清潔時間都記錯，而且浴簾拆卸後忘了掛上新的。”

“Receiption staff was friendly”

“The hotel has some quirky features like giving you free bicycle rental and unlimited coffee in your room. But the rooms are a bit dated, especially the shower (which is just a wall mounted spout, no handheld, and no shower curtain). Location is great though and staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive.”
