“This is definitely a great place to stay. Being on a cul-de-sac makes it very peaceful and relaxing. The wifi signal could have been better but we did not use it much. Also even tho they called for a chance of rain, it was raining upon arrival but blue skies for the next 6 days! This home is easy to get to once you are familiar with the roads. Claire was an outstanding host and everything you could think of was available for use. I highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay in……

“This is a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. We found it very walkable. It was 15 minute walk from nice little downtown with plenty of restaurants. There is a decent hill you have to climb though. Still the residence was very nice very accommodating for our party of three. We had zero issues.”

“Super thin walls. You can hear every step. If you sleep on bottom floor the water pipes are right behind your head in the walls so you hear every flush or shower. Easy location to get to/from downtown Seattle. Just a few minutes. Street traffic is heavy during weekdays as there seems to be only one exit from the neighborhood. We parked along the street as the parking spot was difficult to get into with a large SUV.”

“Stayed here while helping our son move into Seattle for a summer job. The stay started with the guy in the upper unit already moved into our unit. That was a BIT of a surprise. Texted the owner but got a reply several hours later after we had worked it out on our own. Dryer vent popped off the dryer while drying some clothes. Nice set of knives but no cutting boards?? Felt like the unit was not quite ready for guests. Not on my list of places to return. Nice location and parking.”

“This could be a really cute place but it lacks any comfortable seating. The couch in the living room was tiny and low and uncomfortable. There was no kitchen table for games or eating. The sheets had oil stains on them. They would even benefit from small outdoor chairs for evening relaxing. The neighborhood not walkable for coffee or restaurants, but parking was plentiful. The house is a great start. A few more comfortable seats and clean fresh sheets - this would be a comfortable stay.”

"5 stars! Really impressed with this property. Housekeeping cleaned our room daily, which made a big difference and kept everything feeling fresh throughout our stay. The coffee downstairs was genuinely good — a nice bonus most mornings. We also loved that they had rental bikes available on-site, which made getting around so much easier. Overall a great experience and we’d happily stay again"
