“Our room was very clean, attractive and modern, and the view was beautiful in the valley. The hotel staff were friendly. There are walking trails all around. The road to the nearest waterfall was closed for repairs. The door to one of our room 7 family suite balconies was broken and barely possible to open or securely close which made cooling the room difficult in the 35C heat. The walls were very thin and our neighbors were loudly about their business at 4:30 am, and the hotel is on a major……

“Bei mehreren Nächten Aufenthalt kein Zimmerservice geplant. Eine Buchung für diesen Service konnten wir zu unserem Buchungszeitraum allerdings nicht finden. Trotz Wochenende konnten wir über den Kontakt allerdings mitteilen und sogar frische Handtücher wurden uns in kurzer Zeit zur Verfügung gestellt.”

“The staff were incredible and very friendly. From the time we checked in we realized this is a very special hotel. The room was beautiful and the largest we had during our stay in Germany and Austria, with a very reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and offered many choices. This would be a great option for a longer stay as it was a relaxing environment and beautiful property outside.”
