The room was beautiful and the largest we had during our stay in Germany and Austria, with a very reasonable rate. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate and offered many choices. This would be a great option for a longer stay as it was a relaxing environment and beautiful property outside."

"Reception was highly unfriendly during check-in, keeping me about 15min and asking me about the price I paid for the room in EUR and not providing me with the room key, and not accepting the fact that room was already paid by me as the receipt was showing the CHF amount only. She was very aggressive, even though I stayed calm and repeating multiple times that I habe paid the room already and showing the receipt repeatedly, despite the fact that it was already 2am in the night and I was trying to check in after a 20 hours drive. This was my worst hotel experience ever."
