“When you rent a single family luxury home you expect to be the only ones at the premises. At this house, there were people in the basement, accompanied by 3 and sometimes 4 cars in the driveway. Rather unimaginable. How is anyone going to feel comfortable under those conditions. We left our reservation early. You can’t VRBO a “luxury property “ like that and expect people to like it. Additionally, there were quite a few ants on the kitchen counter tops. It would appear the occupants in the……

“Nice location that would have been tranquil were it not for the two (or more) yapping dogs on-site.”

“Scam. Avoid. Their credit card machine was broken so I couldn't stay in the room I paid for because I couldn't pay their deposit and all their hidden fees. A cleaning feed, a utilities feed. Avoid like the plague. I stood there for over an hour waiting for them to fix it, instead of them waiving the deposit and letting me get some sleep. I had to get another hotel”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS!! No one at desk when I arrived I had to find another hotel when I arrived at 9:30pm at night”

“Very clean apartment.”

“The price was reasonable The property was very clean the staff was very friendly and professional”

“服務人員很有禮貌”

“My stay at Sonder Georgetown C&O Apartments was deeply disappointing due to a highly distressing lockout caused by an unprofessional deposit policy. The staff failed to collect the $50 deposit at check-in and later insisted I return to pay it, without clarifying any deadline or potential consequences. I never intended to avoid payment; when I returned later, the front desk was occupied, so I planned to settle it after dinner. Shockingly, just a few hours after check-in, the staff deactivated my……

“Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.”

“Nope”

“方便，舒适”

“Liked the no contact part of the stay. Instructions for the property were clear. Public transportation is close and convenient. Not too far from downtown DC. Studio decorated nicely. Amenities were nice. You can hear talking and walking from upstairs, but not too disruptive. Overall wonderful stay.”

“Place is cozy and equipped with essential items such as washer and dryer”

“Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed”

“Great location, beds were super comfortable and host was fantastic.”
