"Great hotel with cooking facility, very useful if your little one is very picky and/or you want to cook your own meal. They also have a good sized pool in the basement for kids to play or adult to relax, after having spent one day out exploring Paris. Walking distance to the waterpark. "

"The hotel was in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and after 10 minutes we reached the metro line 4 and got to visit so many places with the unlimited travel pass. Clean hotel, nice staff, 24hours entry with your card/key. "

"Felt like a safe area and property was pretty. Bathrooms and indoor pool area could do for a renovation. But a great place to stay for a visit to Disneyland Paris! Also, transportation to the Disney Parks was so convenient."

The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Paris with easy walking access to major attractions, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. The area felt lively but secure, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. Staff were welcoming and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. "CitizensM never disappoints this is my fifth time staying at one of their locations worldwide and it’s always spectacular. The location is the only thing that’s off if you’re not familiar with the area or like to walk it may be a little bit difficult to access There’s a train station on the other side and it’s easily accessible. Otherwise the area is pretty safe and very bike accessible "
