"The house was beautiful and well-equipped. We all enjoyed the options of indoor and outdoor dining and use of the lower deck for the fire pit. The bedroom ceiling fans were inoperable. I believe this is known as there are plenty of standalone fans throughout the house, but should be clearly disclosed in the warmer months since it’s. 3-story home. Many of the window sills and frames had dusty cobwebs which would not be much of an issue except several guests got spider bites during the night. It’s also in the mountains so some amount of insect experience is expected. None of the TVs had very good sound. We’re not tech enthusiasts by any means but the volume needed to be at nearly 100 when we were right in front of it watching it. None of this ruined anyone’s enjoyment that I’m aware of, just explaining the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. The kitchen is mostly well equipped for a vacation home. Everything as expected. The AvantStay app and management is so easy to use and made check in and navigating the home a breeze. I was able to add guests so that no matter who arrived first, immediate access was available. Chef’s kiss."

"Three generations of our family stayed in this wonderful home in June. The layout allowed for room for every family member to enjoy whatever suited them. Our teens enjoyed all of the amenities in the game room and having their own space in the bunk room.The adults loved having their own suite, bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, lovely mornings on the beautiful decks and room to relax and enjoy each other’s company.The communication with our host David was excellent. He accommodated our requests as we made sure that we treated his home as ours for our stay.We enjoyed outside excursions to The Tree Top ropes and zipline course, a boat ride with captain on the lake and lovely hikes.This was a family vacation of our dreams."
