“I had a king bed with a balcony. I spent a lot of time looking and listening to the waterfall over the pool. It was so peaceful. The restaurant on site was expensive. However, I learned to walk to walk to their popular restaurants in the area. I wasn’t saving money by doing so, but I wanted to try various places. Midpoint was the restaurant I enjoyed the most. “Staff respected privacy but were always available to assist with anything we needed. Staff also made sure we had transportation arranged to/from water taxis and to/from airport. Always replied to emails quickly. Bed pillows need upgrading.”

“The property was very well maintained. There was plenty of shade trees in and around the pool area. Check-in was very simple, parked our very large SUV behind the gate which made us feel safe. We walked around the area for dinner and felt safe. We did eat breakfast at the hotel restaurant and was very delicious. The Eggs and Omelet were some of the best we have ever had! The staff all around made us feel comfortable. Please stay at this gem of a hotel!”

“This building and property are gorgeous! We had two large rooms for the four of us with ample kitchens. There is a cute cafe a few blocks away, and a few restaurants within a 20 minute walk. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. It is not in a touristy location, so when you step out the gate, you are in a regular Belize City neighborhood, which we enjoyed!”

“I love Barefoot in Caye Caulker. It's very centralized to the ferry, The Strip, hardwood gym is a short walk and stingray beach, and Tarpon feeding is literally 100 ft away! The beds are comfy and I noticed a few bathroom updates too! Customer service is friendly and very attentive to things I may have needed throughout my week stay. This is my 3rd time here, and I'll be back! BEST BELIZE IT!! ”
