“Great property for a few people. The house and outside areas, including the pool, were all clean and maintained very well. The grill and kitchen allowed us to cook in a few times, and seemlessly. A very comfortable stay inside and out! The property management company was extremely hospitable and resourceful. The property is ideally located, not too close and not too far from Cruz, and in close proximity to many dining options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.”

“Barb's place is amazing and I will definitely come back in the future. Very spacious with everything you need and more (she even had extra little supplies and water which came in handy as we arrived later in the day after a rainstorm). Barb has definitely thought of everything to make you feel at home - she even had a REAL Christmas tree all lit up in the house while we were there! House is very comfortable, quiet and clean. View is spectacular so my only regret is we were so busy we weren't at……

“This was one of our favorite trips which we have ever gone on! The view from this place was breath taking! Every day it was so special to wake up and be treated with the views over the bay! The area upstairs was perfect for playing games with friends, cooking food, and relaxing. The pool was nice to be able to chill and take in the views as well. “This is an ideal property for 2 couples or multi-generational vacation spot. The main bungalow has a open kitchen living room that opens to the covered deck, there is a half bath. The bedroom has its own full bath room. The 2nd bungalow is a suite with a large bathroom, king size bed, TV, and small refrigerator. The bungalows connect via a large deck. “If you have the opportunity to book this villa, DO IT!!! The photos are completely accurate. It's just beautiful! We have rented many villas on St. John and this villa is by far the most beautiful and the most comfortable! Hugo was a pleasure to work with and his mom even gave us a bag of her delicious greens and veggies! Thank you so very much! Our family of 8 had more than enough room and the views were absolutely spectacular! We are definitely hoping to return at some point!”

“We had a great stay. The views from the balcony, particularly at sunrise, are unparalleled. We made great use of the beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear provided — all in great condition. Owners were quickly responsive and had great communication. Would stay again! ”

“Have stayed at different locations on STJ, from the old Westin hotel to other villas, but this lovely house is superior due to its amazing location on Maho beach (hidden behind a few trees). Easy beach access through the backyard and minutes away from Cinnamon and Truck. Love it! Managers also outstanding to deal with.”
