This home was absolutely beautiful with amazing views and with everything our family with kids needed. An extra bonus was Carlson who picked us up from the airport and drove us the rest of the week. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable about the island and always very prompt with his time. I would highly recommend this home to others and would also say that there is no need to rent vehicles when you have some one as good as Curlson to drive.

A week in paradise

Loved everything about this property!!!! The pool was huge and so much fun! The views from all angles were indescribable…..they just go on and on and are unbeatable. Beautiful and clean inside, bathrooms are very upscale. Kitchen had everything you need. Best part of the trip was having Curlson drive us around the beautiful island and teach us about St.Thomas! He was the best and I can’t wait to go back and spend another week there. Do not hesitate to book!

Gorgeous Property

The entire stay in St. Thomas was enjoyable. The Seascape Villa was as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Every view of the ocean was breathtaking from the guest rooms to the infinity pool. Everything about this villa was exceptional and the owner was pleasant and helpful. If you are traveling to St. Thomas and want to make the villa as memorable as the beautiful beaches then stay at the Seascape Villa and you will never forget your stay in the Virgin Islands.

Even in paradise, things may go awry. In those times, you are wholly reliant on the host and, for us, Joel proved to be most friendly and helpful host we've ever had, with immediate responsiveness to help us figure out anything that came up. You may not usually prioritize this when booking, but when you need help, it is priceless. And, it is a huge bonus for this home!

Incredible view !

This is our second visit to this rental ! If there is a complaint it would be getting to the house, but we obviously overlook this as it is sooo worth it when you arrive. The house is clean, the most important thing for us! All bedrooms afford great privacy with lovely bathrooms on each. I have never had a rental as well appointed as this one , Joel has thought of everything literally.Naturally the views are spectacular ! You won’t be disappointed . Truly excellent rental !

Absolutely stunning

We have stayed in the Magens Bay Area several times. This was the BEST house yet! Spacious, views are spectacular and the pool was very clean with “pinch me” backgrounds. The house overall was very clean. Also a plus, every pot and utensil was there for our use.

Great vacation

We had a great time, view was spectacular. Very close to Megan's Bay which was great for snorkeling, and just relaxing. Views from house were amazing and pool was clean and again view was spectacular. House is everything we expected and pictures are current so expect what you see. Restaurants around house were close and very good. Just an all around great trip. Highly recommend!

Stunning Views

This house is amazing! The space is perfect for large groups/multiple families. The bedrooms are almost identical on each floor. Every bedroom/bathroom has a nice view of the ocean. There are 2 laundry rooms! We didn’t use the game room/workout room but they have incredible views. The only issue we encountered was the office sofa bed had been broken prior to our arrival so it wasn’t able to be used. It all worked out b/c of the 2 twin beds located downstairs. We weren’t able to use the balcony sitting areas as much as we would have liked due to the powerful wind that was present our entire vacation but there was plenty of sitting.The pool was our favorite place to spend our time! We had plenty of sitting and the house and pool wall blocked the wind so we were able to enjoy our pool days overlooking Hans Lollik and many other islands. The house was well stocked and had plenty of “extras” including beach towels and chairs.Curlson gave us a great tour with lots of info! We had zero issues during our stay so we did not have to reach out to the owner.We rented jeeps and were so glad we did! There was plenty of room for parking. We would 100% stay at Seascape again!

St Thomas fun

The house and outdoor living areas were fantastic. They looked just like the pictures and did not disappoint. The 4 master suites with attached bathrooms are set up perfectly for a couples vacation. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and the beach towels, chairs and coolers were appreciated. Joel was responsive to a a couple of minor issues and they were solved quickly. We would definitely return

Our family trip celebrating our 60th anniversary

The Seaview Villa is a beautiful home on a bluff above the ocean. The outdoor amminaties are wonderful with many seating areas and a nice pool. The kitchen was first class with many additional appliances. The living room was very nice.The four bedrooms are beautifully appointed with king sized beds and full bathroom in each.The information provided on the home on VRBO states that it sleeps 10. We were a party of 9, the four bedrooms were wonderful, but the hid-a-bed provided in the office left a lot to be desired for one adult. It did not come close to the standards set in the other rooms.We enjoyed our stay in the villa.

Fantastic trip

4 couples rented this beautiful home for our week in the USVIs. The view from the balconies and pool were breathtaking, the house was beautiful and spacious. All bedrooms had a balcony and bathroom giving couples their own space. Communication with the Host was easy with a quick response to any inquiries. The Host uses a local service to get you to and from anywhere you want to go and he was very accommodating to our requests and desires. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

St Thomas Patron Saint of Forced Family Fun

Joel’s place was exceptional! The pictures do not do it justice. I wish I knew ahead of time, a wonderful man named Curlis meets you at the airport ( he met us at our rental car co) he escorts you to the house. I did not realize how mountainous it is and driving stinks. We hired Curlis several times and our rental sat in the driveway. This was our Christmas gift for our adult children and their partner and spouse. All agree, one of the top vacations ever!

Great house with amazing views

Everything was great about this house. Perfect accommodations for our group of 6. The bedrooms were all very spacious with beautiful en-suite’s. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need.The views were amazing and could be seen from every room in the house . The property was also very clean and decorated beautifully! Communication was great with the owner, Joel as well. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Home

We visited St Thomas for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and had the most stunning views. The higher elevation and nice breeze was perfect and kept us cool on 85degree days. The home was well equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and even came with an extra water filtration system. Our host Curlson was great and oriented us to the property and area and the owner Joel was responsive and wonderful. We felt very comfortable during our stay. I definitely recommend renting vehicles to accommodate your group. It will make getting around much easier. The terrain is very hilly but we got used to it after venturing out a few times. Lovely home and lovely stay. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Luxury stay at a luxury home

Stayed here for one week over Christmas. Joel is very communicative. The home was beautiful and one of the best equipped VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious with amazing views and close to everything. It was a splurge but well worth the price, which is reasonable for how nice the home is. Everyone he employs was kind and helpful. It felt safe in a gated community. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous Home and View

The house is incredible and was perfect for our family of 8 adults. You can’t beat the views. We mostly ate at the house and didn’t want for anything to prepare the food. Driving was about 15-20 min to most things we wanted to do. The island roads are pretty steep and curvy tho. Owner was super responsive and very nice. Bottom line: We have rented many homes for vacations and this one was our favorite and will be hard to beat.

The Pictures Don’t Do It Justice

We stayed at this gorgeous home from November 5 through the 12th. To have four master bedrooms all with a gorgeous view of the water is unbelievable. No one had to complain about what room they stayed in. The kitchen has virtually everything you could want other than food. It is fully loaded with every accessory. The long expensive porch has plenty of seating. There is an outdoor grill. The pool is heated. There are plenty of beach towels and a couple of coolers to take to the beach. On each floor, there is a large washing machine and dryer. Joel, the owner is very responsive to any questions you may have. He answers promptly. His assistant Curlson met us near the airport so we could follow him in our jeep up to the house. I can’t express how well everything went. Everything was perfect.
