“No complaints. Condo was spotless. Pool was great temperature. Resort was safe and well maintained. Host was always available when a quick question needed to be answered ”

“Everything was as described & more. Very comfortable, quiet, & clean. Wife & I thoroughly enjoyed the property and would not hesitate to return. 5 Star.”

“It’s a suitable apartment for family at a great situation with comfortable environment. However, as my check-in and the experience in my first day, I felt very uncomfortable because I met a young lady at the counter with bad service and impolite attitude.”

“The tile project slowed us down as we were afraid we’d cut our feet until they were replaced them. Seems like we should have been compensated as they knew they were broken before our arrival!”

“The unit was very dated but on a beautiful golf course. There were many problems. The BBQ igniter did not work, rail on shower door coming off, plastic fake ceiling piece in kitchen fell on floor, refrigerator had leak inside, no TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms, no dish soap provided, nor soap for kitchen sink or. Bathroom sinks. The house had an odor. ”

“I stayed here for three weeks with my partner. Overall our experience staying here was great. A good middle point in between our two families and a place to come back together instead of staying separately. Check-in was no problem and the ability to use the amenities was great! The house is stocked with anything you think you’d need and more. Felt very clean and cozy. ”

“was perfect for 3 of us. Clean, quiet, and comfortable.”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at this property!!! Check in & out was a breeze & the host was very efficient. The place was clean & up to date. The only issue we had was it was still warm even with the AC on. We were able to manage, but would have loved for it to get a little cooler. When we return we will definitely bring a box fan. Other than that, the staff were amazing & we loved the property! Our dog loved how spacious it was & loved running around!”

“Just finished a great week in Palm Desert, and this property met or exceeded our expectations in almost every way. First of all, our biggest source of anxiety about the property was the second story but the front staircase was not a big deal and more importantly the back patio was wonderful in terms of providing a nice quiet and shady spot for our breakfast and coffee. The nearest pool really is a quick walk, it would have been nice sometimes to not have to walk back from the pool all the way to……

“My boys had a baseball tournament and this was a perfect location not far from any of the fields. The condo was clean and spacious, and my kids enjoyed the pool and spa after long days of games. The host communicated great, we would definitely stay here again.”

“The condo “glamour” is problematic. . Many large glass pieces on the floor pose a fall/breakage risk, as they are placed near sofa & dining table. Outdoor front courtyard furniture is rusty , leaving rust marks on clothing. We found the condo dirty upon arrival. Many cabinets/closets are cluttered with home owner belongings. The oven has a smell when turned on. We found a bathroom water leak near the end of our stay. ”
