Memorable, unique place. I was charmed by the individual cabins (with small separate dining area, even), colorful paint, and decor. The owner likes to talk philosophy. Very reasonable rates. Looking forward to returning here.

Warm, friendly, helpful proprietor and clean, comfortable and charming cabin, such a reasonable price. Would stay again. Comfy bed, great air con, huge fridge freezer, microwave, coffee filter machine, great shower. 2 mugs provided - need to bring own bowls/plates/cutlery. Supermarket 1min drive away. Porch with bench, on hill, so great view of sunset. A bit tired but adds to charm and didn’t affect stay in any way.

Good value, nice place to stay in 29 Palms

Very good value for a sizable, well furnished and clean room (actually a little cottage with kitchenette and patio). Quiet, centrally located in 29 Palms and right on US 62 to access Joshua Tree. Friendly and accommodating ownership. Very comfortable weekend stay in a very interesting town to visit in the desert.

Owner was very nice. For the price, definitely better than the Motel 6 in town. Larger room with a full size fridge/freezer and kitchen area. Would stay again.

The owner very welcoming. I would come back again how great the rates are and the convenience for the surrounding areas like JT. However is needs a little upgrade but cant complain. At least the beds are comfortable.

The property manager was very personable and welcoming to the area. The cottages are very cute, and have a gorgeous view of Downtown 29 Palms. First choice for a whimsy desert stay.

Best motel in town

I love this hotel it has the best view in town and the rates are the cheapest u will find anywhere. The staff are awesome here and will always make ur stay more welcome. I would give it a ten outta ten!

Very quiet older motel, circa 1940s. Close to downtown 29 Palms. The staff is very friendly, and helpful. If you are looking for a quiet, no frills place to stay, this place is for you. I would certainly stay here again.

Very charming and quiet better than you expect when pulling in. Motel prices and simple setup but no wall sharing, ac nice and cold, good shower, newer mattress, larger fridge, microwave...no complaints here :-)

Very friendly staff and peaceful environment. The bed is giant and very comfortable. Bathtub/shower. Budget friendly lodging. These are all my favorite things that are important to me. See you next time!
