“Attentive staff, beautiful location. Perfect for a romantic getaway and as a base camp for roadcycling adventures. Vegetarian dining options were limited (only one vegetarian main) but there are multiple restaurants within a short driving distance that offer variety for vegetarian guests staying more than one night.”

“Stayed when the temps dipped into the teens. It was icy but the hosts had ensured the drive was plowed and the heat was turned on long before we arrived, so when we finally pulled in, late in the day, it was cozy and warm. The bed was firm enough that my back was not aching in the morning. ”

“Close to town. Right on the river. Only thing it could use is a few hot tubs next to the river!”

“The room is undergoing remodeling.. new entry door, vanity and commode. So that's good. The bedcovers are worn but sufficient. Noise from upstairs neighbor was a hinderance.. loud footsteps, moving furniture, voices heard... but it did eventually stop. The coffee pot did not work, and that was a problem.”
