"Our stay here was pleasant overall. The free breakfast is nice with a great variety. There’s only a minor issue with the room service. We asked for one but came back late at night and found the housemaid never came. Thankfully, the front desk was able to accommodate that after we called."

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "

"Very Nice. We stayed for four days and felt comfortable. The location of this hotel is wonderful that only takes 5 minutes to the Hollywood Boulevard. The swimming pool is also nice and clean. If I go to the LA again, this hotel will be my first choice. "
