"We called from the airport and asked if we could check in early, before we drove there as we had a bit planned for the day and if we couldn’t check in, it wasn’t too big of a deal. The person answering the phone barely spoke above a whisper, didn’t ask who was calling or what room we had; just that “ we should have something in an hour” which worked perfectly for us; as we were an hour away. We got there, and were told room wasn’t ready, but it only should be a couple minutes- again- no issue as we were early. And "

"The only think that I have a complaint is their elevator was broke and we needed to use stairs with baggage, stroller, etc… but they didn’t charge for parking spot. The rest was perfect!!!"
